Meno Moms Refund & Return Policy

At Meno Moms, every product is made just for you, on demand, through our production partner. Because each item is custom-printed, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.

However, your happiness matters to us — and if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Email info@menomoms.store with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color

  • You changed your mind after ordering

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery

Order Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the situation.
