Hi, I’m Debra, and I created Meno Moms out of my own journey through perimenopause and midlife.

Like so many women, I was tired of the clichés - the silence, the stigma, the idea that we should just “deal with it.” I wanted to create a brand that doesn’t hide what’s real but instead celebrates it.

Meno Moms is where we can laugh, own our moods, claim our crowns, and rock merch that says “yes, I’m hormonal, and I’m fabulous.”
